Vegan Ranch Dressing or Dip

1 cup raw cashews, soaked in filtered water for 2 hours and drained (optional)
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 pitted dates soaked in 1½ cups filtered water
2-4 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp fresh red onion (just guestimate)
1 tsp Mrs. Dash table blend
½ tsp salt
1 tsp dry parsley or 1 Tbsp fresh, minced
½ tsp dry dill or 1 Tbsp fresh, minced

Directions: Place all ingredients except the fresh herbs into your blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Stir the herbs in at the end.
