Sweet Potato Wedges

2 med/large sweet potatoes (unpeeled), washed and cut into wedges
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin or smoked paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 450°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine the sweet potatoes, salt, cumin, garlic powder, cinnamon, and black pepper in a plastic container or bowl and toss to coat evenly. Arrange the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 mins, or until very tender and starting to brown. Serve with BBQ sauce if desired.
