Savory Broccoli & Potato Wraps

1 package Spinach Wraps
1 1 lb.bag frozen hash browns (about 3 cups)
1 head broccoli florets, chopped
2 field roast Italian sausage, chopped OR soy chorizo OR BBQ Jackfruit
   OR seasoned tempeh of choice
2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp nutritional yeast (nooch)
2 tsp kosher salt
2 green onions
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, sliced

Steam or boil hash browns and broccoli together for 6 minutes. Add chopped sausage and continue to cook for 2 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender. Drain/Transfer to large glass bowl (turmeric can stain) Mix in turmeric, nooch and salt evenly to distribute. Place divided mixture on center of wrap. Add tomatoes, green onions and more salt if needed. Carefully, roll/stuff wrap and serve immediately. Save remaining contents to wrap for 2nd day meal.
