Quinoa Salad

5 cups cooked quinoa
1 can garbanzo beans (save liquid=aquafaba)
1 cup carrots, shredded or chopped
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup parsley chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tamari
1/4 cup aquafaba
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sliced olives (optional)

Whisk together lemon juice, tamari, aquafaba & garlic. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour liquids over. Mix thoroughly.
