1 ½ cups quinoa
3 cups water
½ tsp coconut oil
1 vegan bouillon cube (optional)
Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a covered casserole dish with a thin smear of coconut oil. Place the quinoa in. Add the water and bouillon. Stir, cover and cook for one hour. Remove from heat, fluff with fork and use as needed.
