No Cooking Overnight Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup apple juice
Handful of nuts of choice (optional)
1 tsp chia seed
1 tsp flax seed, ground
Dash cinnamon
place all ingredients in a small dish. Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning stir in a few berries a chopped apple, etc.
