No Cooking Cheesy Sauce

2 cups rolled oats
1 12 oz. roasted red peppers,
   undrained
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup aquafaba (liquid from
   any bean cooking)
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp onion powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp flax, ground - light colored if possible
1 tsp smoked paprika OR liquid
   smoke
3 1/2 cups water

Using a high-speed blender, blend on high for appr. 7 minutes until hot. Sauce will thicken further as it cools & overnight. Serve as desired.
