They can make you Rich in Health. Try taking raw vegetables to eat with lunch. Add more vegetables to your dinner menu. Eat raw vegetables when you need a snack. Focus on trying new vegetables – one at a time. It takes about 10 eating experiences to learn to like a new food. Eat in small amounts more often and you may start to enjoy new vegetables. Hide vegetables in soups or lasagna. Blend or grate them into dishes.
