Maple-Hot Sauce Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
1 tsp grapeseed oil   
1-2 Tbsp hot sauce of choice (Cholula, Sriracha, etc.)
2 Tbsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminos or low-sodium soy sauce
½ cup Grade B maple syrup or raw agave nectar

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Clean and prepare the Brussels sprouts. In medium bowl, combine the maple syrup, oil, Cholula, liquid aminos and whisk until well blended. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss until evenly coated.  Transfer all ingredients into a baking pan and bake for 50 minutes.
