Kathy's Potato Salad

3 lbs. potatoes, cooked, cubed – any variety

3 stalks celery, diced

3 green onions, sliced

¼ cup prepared mustard of choice

1 snack pack applesauce

2 Tbsp fresh or dried dill

salt and pepper to taste.

 

Combine all and serve on a bed of greens
