Jolie Gems

1 ½ cups oat flour (make your own by blending rolled oats in blender or processor)             
½ cup dried cherries or cranberries
¼ cup slivered almonds                
¼ cup sliced almonds
½ cup coconut
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup raw millet                    
¾ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt                      
¾ cup Rapdura or organic sugar
½ tsp egg replacer powder
1 cup vanilla soy, rice, almond or oat milk
½ tsp almond extract

Directions: Add al the dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Combine the almond extract and your milk of choice in a small bowl. Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredents. Preheat oven to 375°. Using 2 spoons, form dough into little clumps and drop them onto a lightly greased cookie sheet (dough will be sticky). Bake for 15 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen.
