Garlic Butter Broccoli Pasta

1/2-1 lb. spaghetti noodles
1 bunch broccoli, trimmed and cut to small bites
1-2 Tbsp garlic blend mix seasoning to taste
1-8 Tbsp earth balance butter (or use agua faba, lemon juice & zest for no fat version)
Salt and Pepper to taste

In a large cooking pot, boil water. Plan to cook noodles according to package directions and use the most cook time they recommend. Add broccoli with 4-6 minutes of pasta cook time remaining. Drain all. Add desired amount of butter to pot (my picky eaters liked a lot of butter, but for health reasons, try to only use what you need to) If your garlic blend is a salted blend such as Lawry’s, you won’t need salt on top of that. Toss all together, adjust seasonings and serve immediately.
