Festive FruitBalls

These super easy, naturally sweet treats are great to have on hand anytime!

1 cup walnuts
1 cup pecans
2 cups medjool dates, pitted (about 20 dates)
1 cup golden raisins
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa or carob powder
FOR ROLLING: 1/4 cup unsulphured coconut, almonds, carob etc.

Process all ingredients in a food processor until a dough forms and sticks together (takes time and some pulsing) Shape into 1” balls and roll (or shake in a container with lid) in cocoa or carob powder, coconut or chopped almonds. Freeze leftovers.
