Egg-less Caesar Salad Dressing

1/2 cup tahini
1/2 yellow pepper
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup agave
1/4 cup namu soya OR coconut aminos OR tamari, etc
1/2 lemon, juiced (appr. 2Tbsp)
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 large or 2 small garlic cloves or sub. 1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp EACH: onion powder & salt
2 Tbsp water (more or less depending on tahini thickness)

Start the blender or food processor running. Drop in garlic clove. Add remaining ingredients and process well, adding more water as needed for desired consistency. Serve on chopped romaine, with added tomatoes, parmesan of choice, croutons (see recipe below), cucumber, etc. etc…

Quick Croutons

4 slices any bread, sliced into cubes

Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for appr. 5 minutes to brown/crisp. Allow to cool completely. Will store in a covered container up to 2 weeks.
