Vegan Waldorf Salad for Two

Ingredients:
2 apples of choice, peeled and chopped
2 ribs celery, diced
1 handful chopped walnuts
1 handful organic raisins
½ cup non-dairy vanilla yogurt
2 Tbsp Vegenaise
½ lemon, juiced
 


Directions:
Combine all and serve alone or over salad greens.
