Super Power Smoothie

1 banana, ripened, peeled and frozen
1 cup milk of choice or water
1-2 leaves kale, stems removed
4 dates, pitted (optional)
1 cup mango, peaches, pineapple, or berries - fresh or frozen

Blend all well in a high powered blender such as a Vitamix, Blendtec or Ninja.
