Rebecca's 1-2-3 Bars

1 cup peanut or almond butter
2 cups sweetened carob or chocolate chips
3 cups (heaping) Barbara’s Organic Brown Rice Crisps, Enjoy Life or similar

Directions: Using a spatula, paint the inside of a glass mixing bowl with peanut butter. Measure carob chips into the center. Microwave one minute, or until chips are softened. Stir in cereal. Spread onto greased pan. Cool thoroughly before slicing.
