Oak Street Tempeh Mango Chutney Salad

Ingredients:
2 8 oz packages tempeh, any variety
1 cup dry roasted or regular slivered almonds
1 9 oz jar Major Grey's chutney
1/2 cup Vegenaise
2 cups sliced celery
2 cups organic red or green grapes, halved lengthwise
2 tsp curry powder
2 Tbsp agave
 

Directions: Blend the chutney, Vegenaise, curry and agave in a blender or food processor or mix together well by hand. Cut and steam the tempeh. Add everything to a big bowl, mix well and serve.
