Italian Polenta Casserole

Super easy, healthy and fast dinner.

1 tube cornmeal (polenta), shredded using a cheese grater or grating blade
1/2-1 jar marinara sauce
1/2-1 package broccoli slaw, cut up a bit more
1 cup spinach, kale, green beans, or garbanzo beans or your choice!
1/2-1 cup corn, frozen
2 tsp Italian seasoning blend
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (nooch), (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and bake in a covered casserole at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
