Fat Free Caesar Dressing

Makes about 1 1/2 cups

1 cup cooked potato (or for alternative use 1/2 cup soaked/raw cashews)
1/2 cup water
2 stalks celery, trimmed
1 green onion, trimmed
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp vinegar of choice (red wine)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp vegan worcestershire (optional)
1 tsp onion powder
2 small garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Refrigerate for up to one week.
