Breakfast On The Run

Ingredients:
1 cup cold brown rice
3 Tbsp orange juice
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 sweet nectarine, peach or mango, chopped
2 Tbsp pecans, chopped
2 Tbsp slivered almonds, chopped
¼ tsp cinnamon

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir and enjoy!
